Tuna Sashimi Box - low fat, low carb

Tuna akami (赤身) is perhaps one of my favourites when it comes to sashimi. Very lean, yet still so tender and highly nutritious. We had a special request that day for a low fat, low carb lunch box and luck has it we were able to hunt down some quality tuna in the market (very lucky indeed!).

Tuna akami two ways, scallops 2 ways. Side salad of watercress/mint/orange/chilli. No dressing required as the herbs and sweetness of oranges themselves are sufficient to cleanse and delight :).
