Our timer starts when we click 'submit withdrawal' inside the casino cashier. It stops when the BTC arrives in our wallet AND has at least 1 confirmation on-chain. We do not stop the timer at 'approved' or 'pending' — we want the player-experience number, not the operator-internal number.
