How We Test & Rank Florida Online Casinos

Real money. Real cashouts. Disclosed weights. No press releases, no syndicated copy.

Our Scoring Rubric — with disclosed weights

Most Florida casino review sites name their testing criteria. None of them publish weights. Here are ours, applied identically to every casino on this site.

Step 1 — Real-money account creation

We sign up at every casino using a Florida home address and a real US-issued ID. We complete KYC verification on day one (passport or driver licence + utility bill). We do not use shared accounts, paid testing services, or industry-supplied review accounts. If a casino flags or restricts the account during KYC, that is logged and weighed against the trust score.

Step 2 — Funded deposits, two methods

Two deposits per casino in the current test cycle:

Casinos that refuse FL-issued cards or process them with a 30%+ decline rate are flagged for the “Banking Depth” weight reduction.

Step 3 — Bonus playthrough

We claim every available welcome bonus, then actually wager it. We track:

Step 4 — Game library + RTP spot-checks

We play a minimum of 50 games per casino across slots, table, video poker, live dealer, and specialty. RTP is spot-checked against the provider’s published number using a 1,000-spin sample on a non-jackpot slot. Any casino running a configurable RTP (some Realtime Gaming titles ship with operator-selectable RTP modes) is flagged in the per-casino review.

Step 5 — Withdrawal timing (the only test that matters)

After bonus playthrough, we request real cashouts. Two per casino:

The cashout must arrive in our wallet or bank account before we publish the review. We do not publish reviews based on “pending” states. If a casino stalls or rejects the cashout, it is removed from our rankings regardless of marketing strength.
